RockStar yoga in Dominical, Costa Rica offers a unique and dynamic approach to vinyasa yoga that incorporates music and high-energy movement. As a regular yogi, I find the classes to be challenging yet engaging. Laura and the other instructors truly embody the rockstar spirit. The music-infused atmosphere creates a vibrant and playful environment, where yogis of all levels can find their rhythm and connect deeply with their bodies. The studio is perched above Dominical, surrounded by the energy of the small town and the wonder of the jungle. If you're looking for a yoga experience that's both exhilarating and uplifting, I highly recommend checking out RockStar yoga in Dominical.

Simply loved it here. The studio is right in the nature and you can connect with the nature. The movements are creative and the classes gave me a real good new imput to my yoga practice . I will be back for sure ! Thank you so much

This is the coolest studio that I've ever visited. It's visually stunning and extremely comfortable to practice in. I'm visiting on vacation and love how simple it is to drop in for a class. No reservation is needed and there are mats to rent. The instructor is highly skilled, warm and welcoming. This exceeded my expectations. Go be a rockstar with them.

Amazing. Laura is so beautiful at creating community at her studio. I went to the disco-Rama tonight and it was amazing. The music was so good and the yoga class helped heal so much in my body from getting hurt. Will definitely be back!

One of the best yoga classes I have ever had. It was really worth getting up early and coming to the class. Do not miss out this opportunity when in Dominical :)

I have to say that this is by far the best yoga class that I have ever done.

Laura is so encouraging and fun and encourages you to work at your own level and explains everything so well,

The music is great and the studio is so beautiful.

I had been to several yoga classes before but didn't get the whole yoga thing. And now I have turned into a Rockstar yoga regular and really look forward to her classes. So in a nut shell I highly recommend Rockstar yoga 😍😍😍
